1. Barrel body adopts double-layer structure, with heat-preservation function and energy-saving feature. Materials will not be stuck on the wall of barrel body.
2. Dedusting/filtration: Adopt dust-prootf, waterproof and anti-static filtering cloth, easy to install and disassemble, realize online cleaning and reduce powder leakage.
3. Alternate vibrating dedusting device: Ashremoval of dedusting/filtration adopts such modes as alternate vibrating, clearance-type alternate vibrating to remove dusts from filtering bags and ensure good air permeability of filtering bags.

Fluidized granulator mainly consists of principal machine, auxiliary machine, atomization system and control system. It is a kind of equipment integrating boiling, granulating, fluidization and drying. Fluidized granulating method is result of comprehensive utilization of atomization technology and fluidization technology. Mixing, granulating and drying and finished at one time inside the same enclosed vessel. After being heated, the filtered air enters granulating chamber, inside which powder granules suspend to form fluidization under the action of appropriate airflow velocity and their own gravity. Compressed air and adhesives enter spray heads from their pipelines respectively, atomize adhesives into small liquid drops at spray noozle, which are sprayed on fluidized power materials and make them aggregate into granules. The heat carried by airflow makes mositure removed with airflow evaporation. This process is conducted repeatedly, forming ideal even microporous granules.
