Working Principle:
The DWP type is a jet airflow drying type. The hot air is sprayed from the top and bottom to the material on the conveyor belt at the same time. Because the jet air velocity is as high as 15m/s or more, the film for convective heat transfer is extremely thin, the heat transfer coefficient is large, and the drying speed is fast.
When the equipment is used for air-impermeable materials, the jet airflow from the top still returns to the top, from the bottom still returns to the bottom, and then participate in the circulation again. The airflow has strong penetrability to breathable materials and diffusivity inside the materials. The heat source can be steam, electricity, hot air furnace and fuel flue gas.

Application:
Mainly used for fiberboard, gypsum board, carton board, pulp mold, coating drying, etc., It is also suitable for the drying of sheet-shaped materials.
